Nicholas S. Clausen, 32, of Sandpoint, was cited in the 700 block of N. Boyer Avenue at 7:35 a.m. on charges of driving without privileges and misdemeanor no insurance after striking a tree.

Report of a tobacco violation in the 1000 block of N. Boyer Avenue at 10:12 a.m.
