ORDINANCE NO. 292 SALARIES OF ELECTED OFFICIALS AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLARK FORK, BONNER COUNTY, IDAHO, ESTABLISHING THE SALARIES OF THE ELECTED OFFICIALS OF SAID CITY AND PROVIDING FOR REPEAL OF CONFLICTING PROVISIONS AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLARK FORK, IDAHO: SECTION 1. MAYOR AND COUNCIL SALARIES. Commencing January 1, 2023, the salaries of the Mayor and of the members of the Clark Fork City Council shall be as follows: A. The Mayor shall receive a monthly salary in the amount of Three Hundred Ninety dollars ($390.00). B. The Council President shall receive a monthly salary in the amount of Two Hundred Sixty dollars ($260.00). C. Each other member of the City Council shall receive a monthly salary in the amount of Two Hundred Eight dollars ($208.00). SECTION 2. REPEAL OF CONFLICTING PROVISIONS. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict with this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such conflict including but not limited to Ordinance 276. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force upon its passage and publication according to law.
