Melvin Donenfeld, 71, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 47000 block of Highway 200 near Hope at 2:52 p.m. on charges of driving under the influence, attempting to elude, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Report of unlawful entry in the 2000 block of Highway 57 in Priest River at 3:38 p.m.
