Zachary Taylor, 36, of Spokane Valley, Wash. was arrested in the area of Highway 41 and Spirit Lake Cutoff Road at 7:48 a.m. on an outstanding Kootenai County warrant and on charges of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Information was relayed to law enforcement on Horn Mountain Road in Priest River at 8:29 a.m.

A suicide threat was reported in the greater Sandpoint area at 9:34 a.m.

Report of a reckless driver on N. Riley Creek Road in Laclede at 10:04 a.m.

Information was relayed to law enforcement on N. Boyer Road at 11:15 a.m.

Report of a reckless driver in Sagle on Lakeshore Drive in Sagle at 11:25 a.m.

Report of a weapon offense on Peacock Lane in Spirit Lake at 11:17 a.m.

Sept. 7

Report of vagrancy on Fifth Avenue Sandpoint at 5:45 a.m.

Report of a suspicious male on N. Division Avenue at 8:28 a.m.

An officer assisted a citizen in the 700 block of Fifth Avenue in Sandpoint at 9:26 a.m.

Douglas A Knight, 41, of Sandpoint, was cited on N. Lincoln Avenue at 10:33 a.m. on a charge of driving without privileges.

Colby D. Lane, 20, of Sandpoint, was cited in the 1900 block of Main Street at 11:06 a.m. on charges of driving without privileges and misdemeanor no insurance.

Report of a non-injury accident on Schweitzer Mountain Road at 12:40 p.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Ridley Village Road at 12:05 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate the source of a 911 hang-up call on Ontario Street at 1:43 p.m.

An officer assisted a citizen in the 300 block of Halley Street regarding a civil dispute at 1:18 p.m.

A child reported missing in the 400 block of S. Boyer Avenue was located at 2:23 p.m.

An officer responded for a civil dispute reported in the 400 block of Spokane Street in Kootenai at 3:32 p.m.

Four juveniles were warned in the 200 block of E. Superior Street regarding trespassing at 4:42 p.m.

Report of suspicious circumstances in the 700 block of N. Boyer Avenue was determined to be unfounded at 9:02 p.m.

Report of railroad lights not working on N. Boyer Avenue at 7:48 p.m.

Sept. 7

An officer was dispatched to McNearney Road after a complaint of disorderly conduct at 9:59 a.m.
