Elks Memorial Golf Scramble

Sandpoint Elks Lodge #1376 will be hosting their 11th annual golf scramble Saturday, July 15, at the Sandpoint Elks golf course. The scramble is a shotgun start and will begin at 9:00 a.m.

The scramble, which is held in honor of Bob Hess, Bob Moore, and many other great friends and golfers of the Sandpoint Elks, has raised over $21,000 in the past to help maintain and improve the golf course. Prizes will be awarded in the following categories — closest to the pin, shortest drive, and the lowest gross and lowest net as a team. A team needs to consist of four players; it will cost $60 per person to participate. Participants can compete in a golf shootout, also known as a horse race, for an additional $25.

Individuals can also sponsor a hole during the scramble. Hole number one will cost $250; all other holes will cost $100. If you are looking to participate or be a sponsor of the golf scramble, please call the Sandpoint Elks Lodge at 208-263-4321.
