Rodney Crape, 36, of Deer Park, Wash., was arrested in the 479000 block of U.S. 95 at 7:59 p.m. on charges of possession of controlled substance (fentanyl), cocaine, and possession of paraphernalia; and a 17-year-old Spokane, Wash., resident was arrested at the same time and location on charges of possession of controlled substance (fentanyl), marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia.
