14U Sandpoint Sasquatch win Lochsa Legends tournament

The Sandpoint Sasquatch 14U baseball team won the Silver Bracket Championship at the Lochsa Legends Tournament held in Clarkston, Wash. on Saturday, April 15 and Sunday, April 16.
The team finished the weekend with three wins and one loss. The Sasquatch beat the Hayden Storm 12-8 to win the championship.
“The boys played well all weekend and endured some tough weather conditions in the championship game to come out on top,” said manager John Aexel. “This season the 14U team will be playing tournaments in Idaho, Arizona, Washington, Montana and Oregon. It's a great experience for the boys as they get ready for high school next year.”
