Zachary Hawthorne, 37. of Troy, Mont., was arrested on Highway 95 at Granite Loop Cutoff at 5:38 p.m on charges of possession of a stolen vehicle, fleeing and eluding law enforcement, possession of methamphetamine, open container and for being a fugitive from justice.
