ORDINANCE NO. 702 ZONE CHANGE FILE NO. ZC0008-23 An ordinance of Bonner County, Idaho, citing its authority, and providing for the amendment of the official zoning map of Bonner County by the reclassification of lands generally located in Section 34, Township 56 North, Range 2 East from Agricultural/ Forestry-20 & Rural Service Center to Rural Service Center and providing for an effective date. WHEREAS, the Bonner County Zoning Commission did hold a public hearing on November 16, 2023 on the File ZC0008-23 request for a change in zoning designation according to the requirements for such hearings set forth at Section 67-6509, Idaho Code, and at Title 12, Bonner County Revised Code; and WHEREAS, the Bonner County Zoning Commission did find that the zone change request File ZC0008-23 IS in accordance with the Bonner County Comprehensive Plan and did recommend to the Board of County Commissioners that the zone change request be APPROVED; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners did hold a public hearing on January 10, 2024 on the File ZC0008-23 request for a change in zoning designation according to requirements of such hearings set forth at Section 67-6509, Idaho Code and at Title 12 of the Bonner County Revised Code; and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners did find that the zone change request File ZC0008-23 is in accordance with the Bonner County Comprehensive Plan; NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, by the Board of County Commissioners that the following be and is hereby adopted as an ordinance of Bonner County, Idaho: SECTION 1: AUTHORITY This ordinance is adopted pursuant to authority granted to Bonner County at Chapter 65 of Title 67, Idaho Code. SECTION 2: AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP The Official Zoning Map of Bonner County, Idaho is hereby amended by the reclassification of the following described lands from Agricultural/ Forestry-20 & Rural Service Center to Rural Service Center: A parcel situate in Section 34, Township 56 North, Range 2 East, Boise Meridian, Bonner County, Idaho, being more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the Center Quarter Corner of said Section 34 (from which the North Quarter Corner of said Section 34 bears North 00°04’55” West, 2674.86 feet distant); Thence North 89° 51’ 39” East, 378.10 feet on the east/west centerline of said Section 34; Thence South 13° 19’ 19” West, 875.49 feet to a point on the northeasterly right of way of Highway 200, said point being a point of non-tangent curvature; Thence the following five (5) courses on the northeasterly right of way of Highway 200: Thence 264.72 feet on the arc of a curve to the right, having a radius of 3769.72 feet, a central angle of 04° 01’ 25”, and whose chord bears North 28° 49’ 20” West, 264.67 feet; Thence North 26° 48’ 37” West, 106.46 feet to a point common with the north/south centerline of said Section 34; Thence South 00° 04’ 55” East, 44.47 feet on the north/ south centerline of said Section 34; Thence North 26° 48’ 37” West, 1722.26 feet to a point of curvature; Thence 427.53 feet on the arc of a curve to the left, having a radius of 1938.86 feet, a central angle of 12° 38’ 02”, and whose chord bears North 33° 07’ 38” West, 426.66 feet; Thence leaving said northeasterly right of way, North 89° 20’ 29” East, 1007.31 feet to the center/north 1/16th corner of said Section 34; Thence South 00° 04’ 55” East, 1337.43 feet on the north/south centerline of said Section 34 to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
