A resident reported suspicious black helicopters flying over his home in the Highway 41 area in Oldtown at 11:05 a.m.

Report of a battery in the 300 block of N. Idaho Avenue in Oldtown at 11:15 a.m.

Report of an animal problem in the 700 block of Bayview Road in Athol at 10:38 a.m.

Report of information in the 3400 block of Reeder Bay Road in Nordman at 10:50 a.m.

A deputy spoke with a resident on Shepard Road in Oldtown at 10:50 a.m. regarding stalking and harassment.

Idaho Fish & Game responded to a call on N. Kootenai Road at 11:09 a.m.

A deputy took information on the sighting of a wanted person in the Highway 200 area in Clark Fork at 11:31 a.m.

A battery was reported in the 400 block of S. Division Avenue at 11:33 a.m.

A resident on Mount Baldy Lane called at 11:37 a.m. to report his neighbor doesnít make his dogs wear a

collar with vaccination tags.

Report of a civil standby in the 200 block of E. Fourth Street S. in Oldtown at 11:28 a.m.

A family offense in the pre-100 block of Spring Haven Drive in Oldtown at 12:36 p.m.

A follow-up report was taken on Schweitzer Mountain Road at 12:23 p.m.

Request for a welfare check in the 3000 block of Upper Pack River Road at 1:15 p.m.

A deputy assisted another agency on Highway 57 in Nordman at 12:15 p.m.

Report of a suspicious circumstance in the 300 block of Eastside Cutoff Road in Priest River at 1:44 p.m.

Report of a non-injury traffic accident in the 476000 block of Highway 95 in Ponderay at 7:45 p.m.

A deputy assisted a resident in the 4000 block of Freeman Lake Road in Oldtown at 7:53 p.m.

Information was provided on a previously reported case in the Mountain View Road area in Clark Fork at 5:35 p.m.

Deputies assisted Sandpoint Police in the 900 block of Fifth Avenue after a report at 11:49 p.m.

Report of a welfare cheek on Herbs Drive in Newport, Wash., at 12:09 a.m.

Report of a 911 hang-up on Oliver Road at 2:10 a.m.

SANDPOINT POLICE

Dec. 7

An officer was unable to locate the occupants of a vehicle possibly involved in a domestic reported in the Fifth Avenue area at 8:26 a.m.

John W Grimes, 35, of Sandpoint, was arrested on a felony warrant from California in the area of N. Fourth Avenue and Pine Street at 8:42 a.m.; he was also charged with resist/obstruct for fleeing from the officer.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Cedar Street at 9:19 a.m.

Report of a 911 hang-up on Pine Street at 9:34 a.m.

Clothing items were taken from a residence in the 4100 block of Samuelson Avenue at 9:50 a.m.

A wallet was taken from the 200 block of Pine Street at 9:01 a.m.

A minor fender bender occurred in a parking lot in the 400 block of S. Division Avenue at 12:06 p.m.

Vandalism was reported on E. Superior Street at 1:51 p.m.

Accidental 911activation was reported in the area of Fifth Avenue and Cedar Street at 2:21 p.m.

An officer assisted another agency on Eighth Street in Priest River at 2:23 p.m.

Medication and CDs were reported taken from a vehicle in the 300 block of S. Florence Avenue at 2:36 p.m.

Report of a 911 hang-up on S. Division Avenue at 2:35 p.m.

An officer was unable to complete a welfare check in the 400 block of Lavina Avenue at 3:30 p.m.; no one was home.

A resident in the 600 block of S. Division Avenue wanted to talk to an officer at 1:55 p.m.

Officers responded to a two-vehicle, non-injury accident in the 1100 block of Highway 2 at 3:38 p.m.

An officer facilitated the exchange of information at a minor-damage collision in the 1100 block of Highway 2 at 4:05 p.m.

Brenda L. Madigan, 67, of Clark Fork, was arrested on a Bonner County warrant in the 600 block of Larch Street at 5:53 p.m. and was cited on a charge of petit theft; and Bridget L. Burford, 27, also of Clark Fork, was arrested on the same

charge.

An incident that occurred in the 100 block of S. Division Avenue was documented at 7:45 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate two suspicious males in the 700 block of W. Superior Street at 8:06 p.m.

Jimmy J. Pesce, 40, of Sandpoint, was cited in the 400 block of Forest Avenue at 11:07 p.m. on a charge of driving without privileges.

Officers were unable to locate anyone in the 900 block of Fifth Avenue after a report of a possible prowler at 11:49 p.m.

Dec. 8

An officer mediated in a civil dispute in the 2000 block of Main Street at 12:07 a.m.

PONDERAY POLICE

Dec. 7

An officer responded to a report of harassment in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 11:19 a.m.

An officer located a reported reckless driver in the 31500 block of Highway 200 at 1:15 p.m.

An officer assisted a citizen in the 300 block of Bonner Mall Way at 2:50 p.m.

A sex offense was placed under investigation in the city at 2:50 p.m.

An officer conducted a VIN inspection in the 476700 block of Highway 95 at 3:24 p.m.

An officer received a call in reference to a reckless driver in the 31000 block of Highway 200 at 4:11 p.m.

An officer received a call in reference to a welfare check in the 30000 block of Highway 200 at 4:12 p.m.

Northside Fire responded to a non-injury accident at Highway 95 and Bonner Mall Way at 7:53 p.m.

PRIEST RIVER POLICE

Dec. 7

An officer assisted another agency on Eighth Street at 2:23 p.m.

A case was assigned to cover a report of driving without privileges on Highway 57 at 2:55 p.m.

Report of a VIN inspection on Airfield Way at 10:24 a.m.

Officers responded to a possible suicide attempt on Kluth Street at 3:17 p.m.

Report of an animal problem in the area of Fourth Street and Cemetery Road at 5:02 p.m.
