SANDPOINT POLICE

April 10

An officer mediated in a child custody dispute in the 800 block of Pine Street at 7:37 a.m.

A municipal code violation was reported on Main Street at 8:28 a.m.

Possible drug use was reported in the 800 block of Fifth Avenue at 7:51 a.m.

A warrant was served on a 14-year-old Sandpoint female in the 1000 block of N. Boyer Avenue at 10:37 a.m.

Items were reported taken from vehicles in the 700 block of Oak Street at 9:51 a.m.

A follow-up report was taken in the Oak Street area at 10:12 a.m.

Report of possible threats in the 200 block of Cedar Street at 11:24 a.m.

Juveniles were contacted in the 1700 block of Ontario Street after a report of a possible problem at 12:16 p.m.

A fight was reported in the 300 block of S. Division Avenue at 1:30 p.m.

Information was relayed to law enforcement on N. Third Avenue at 12:12 p.m.

An officer assisted a citizen in the 600 block of Larch Street at 2:13 p.m.

An unspecified case was placed under investigation on W. Lake Street at 2:15 p.m.

Possible harassment was reported at the police department in the 1100 block of W. Lake Street at 2:38 p.m.

A male was trespassed from a business in the 1700 block of Industrial Drive at 2:55 p.m.

Report of a possible aggressive dog in the 100 block of Lake Street at 4:17 p.m.

A 15-year-old Sandpoint female was arrested in the 1100 block of Maple Avenue at 4:29 p.m. on a charge of possession of meth.

James W. Anderson, 49, of Sandpoint, was cited in the area of Sixth Avenue and Larch Street at 4:47 p.m. on charges of driving without privileges and misdemeanor no insurance.

Possible fraud was reported in the 700 block of Church Street at 5:12 p.m.

Sandpoint officers assisted county on a call on Pinewood Lane in Cocolalla at 4:29 p.m.

A theft on Honeysuckle Avenue was placed under investigation at 8:42 p.m.

April 11

An officer assisted Ponderay Police in the 31400 block of Highway 200 at 2:52 a.m.

April 10

An officer responded to a welfare check in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 9:03 a.m.

An officer responded to a two-vehicle injury crash in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 11:39 a.m.

An officer and Northside Fire responded to a two-vehicle, non-injury crash in the 476000 block of Highway 95 at 12:09 p.m.

An officer responded to a citizen assist in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 2:25 p.m.

An officer received a 911 call from the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 3:11 p.m.

April 11

Gregory L. Smith, 41, of Sandpoint was arrested in the 31400 block of Highway 200 at 2:52 a.m. on charges of driving under the influence and carrying a concealed weapon under the influence.

April 10
