An officer and a deputy responded to a non-injury crash in the 100 block of North First Avenue at 10:06 a.m.

An officer responded to a report of found property at South Florence and West Lake at 1:42 p.m.

Jasper Naumann, 42, of Coeur díAlene, was arrested for a second-offense driving under the influence charge at Alder and Third at 2:07 a.m. He was also cited for driving without privileges.

An officer conducted a VIN inspection on U.S. 95 at 11:02 a.m.

Terri L. Mulvaney, 54, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 470,000 block of U.S. 95 for petty theft and willful concealment at 10:44 p.m.

A noise disturbance in the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff Road was reported at 11:11 p.m.
