Deputies and officers from Sandpoint and Ponderay responded to an agency assist in the 300 block of Creektop Lane at 12:42 a.m. This call was also logged a custodial dispute

A deputy responded to a trespassing report on Highway 41 in Blanchard at 12:49 a.m.

A deputy responded to a report of suspicious activity in the 300 block of North State Avenue in Oldtown at 1:43 a.m.

SANDPOINT POLICE

Aug. 17

Tucker S. Hathaway, 30, of Sandpoint, surrendered himself on a felony warrant in Montana at the Bonner County Jail at 7:54 a.m.

A barking dog complaint on Alder was made at 8:51 a.m. The call was deemed unfounded.

An officer responded to a report of an abandoned baby stroller in the 800 block of Fifth at 10 a.m.

A parked vehicle rolled into South First at 9:44 a.m. The owner was located and re-parked the vehicle.

An officer responded to a fraud report in the 500 block of Olive Avenue at 9:52 a.m.

A fugitive dog was returned to its owner on Church Street at 11:19 a.m.

An officer responded to a parking violation at Spruce and Division at 1:35 p.m.

Joshua J. Howell, 32, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 600 block of Larch on misdemeanor warrants at 1:54 p.m.

An officer conducted a welfare check at Great Northern and Gooby roads at 3:55 p.m.

An officer responded to a report of suspicious activity on Church at 4:05 p.m.

An animal problem on North Third was reported at 4:26 p.m.
