Bailee Gammon, 24, of Priest River, was arrested in the 1000 block of Highway 57 in Priest River at 7:50 p.m. on a charge of excessive driving under the influence (second offense).

Beau Spencer, 31, of Sagle, was arrested in the 200 block of R and R Lane at 10:52 p.m. on charges of attempted strangulation and felony domestic battery.

Oct. 31

A male was trespassed from a business in the 600 block of Fifth Avenue at 7:56 a.m.

Information was relayed to law enforcement on Hickory Street at 8:21 a.m.

During a traffic stop on Fifth Avenue at 10:02 a.m., marijuana and paraphernalia were seized for destruction.

Accidental 911 activation was reported on Division Avenue at 10:49 a.m.

A suspicious incident was reported in the 400 block of Cedar Street at 11:16 a.m.

An officer advised a reported fight at 1:47 p.m. in the 400 block of Division Avenue was unfounded.

A 15-year-old male was transported to JDU from the 1000 block of Boyer Avenue at 1:53 p.m. to serve a detention order.

An officer mediated in a citizen dispute on Ella Avenue at 2:22 p.m.

A dog bite was reported in the 400 block of Boyer Avenue at 3:21 p.m.

A theft of a wallet was reported in the 200 block of First Avenue at 3:26 p.m.

A suspicious incident was reported in the 1100 block of Elderberry Avenue at 3:55 p.m.

After a complaint at 4:54 p.m., an officer advised the traffic signal on Larch Street was functioning normally.

After a report of disorderly conduct in the 700 block of Fifth Avenue at 6:21 p.m., a male was contacted; he was fine.

An officer assisted a citizen in the 1100 block of Lake Street at 6:34 p.m.

Report of an illegally parked vehicle in the 100 block of Lincoln Avenue at 6:59 p.m.

An officer assisted the county on a call in the 10000 block of Ontario Street at 8:33 p.m.

A cellphone phone on Lincoln Avenue was turned in to the police department at 8:37 p.m.

A non-injury accident fleet crash was reported in the 26000 block of Highway 2 at 8:45 p.m.

A suspicious vehicle was reported in the 1300 block of Highway 2 at 9:15 p.m.

A follow-up report was taken on Fifth Avenue at 11:03 p.m.

Nov. 1

An officer was unable to locate a possible drunken driver in the Highway 95 area at 2:14 a.m.
