Deputies and Selkirk Fire responded to a reported hit-and-run accident in the pre-100 block of Jerryís Way in Sagle at 8:05 a.m.

An unattended death was reported in the 100 block of Farkle Flats at 9:09 a.m.

Report of a vehicle-versus-deer accident in the 61000 block of Highway 200 near Clark Fork at 10:39 a.m.

Report of a loud vehicle on Upper Pack River Road at 10:34 a.m.

Report of a 911 misdial from the Schweitzer Mountain Resort area at 11:20 a.m.

Manuel D. Calderon-Serrano was arrested in the area of Highway 41 and Hoo Doo Loop Road in Oldtown at 9:42 p.m. on a charge of possession of methamphetamine.

Report of a juvenile problem in the 469000 block of Highway 95 in Sagle at 10:28 p.m.

Report of an agency assist in the 300 block of Highway 57 in Priest River at 10:54 p.m.

Dec. 30

Preston Schneider, age not listed, of Newport, Wash., was arrested in the 4000 block of Highway 2 in Oldtown at 1:29 a.m. on charges of felony eluding, driving under the influence and two counts of injury to a child.

Report of an animal problem in the area of Kluth Street and James Avenue in Priest River at 4:21 a.m.

Dec. 29

Report of a hit-and-run in the 600 block of Lake Street at 5:54 a.m.

The owner of an illegally parked vehicle in the 100 block of Lake Street was told to move it at 8:21 a.m.

An officer assisted a citizen in the 500 block of Third Avenue at 8:35 a.m.

Accidental 911 activation was reported in the Division Avenue area at 10:03 a.m.

An officer checked on a female in the 1200 block of Maple Avenue at 11:07 a.m. and advised she was fine.

A female was given a courtesy transport to the crisis center from the city at 1:09 p.m.

An officer assisted Pend Oreille County on a call in the Fifth Street area in Oldtown at 3:49 p.m.

Found property in the Indian Meadows Road area was returned to the owner at 6:04 p.m.

A dog owner in the 100 block of Fourth Avenue was warned regarding a dog at large at 6:25 p.m.

A possible theft was reported in the 2200 block of Great Northern Road at 6:40 p.m.

Dec. 30

Officers advised they were unable to locate anyone fighting in the 200 block of Pine Street at 12:01 a.m.

A resident in the 600 block of Division Avenue was asked to keep the noise down at 12:37 a.m.

Items found in the 1100 block of Michigan Street at 1:52 a.m. were returned to their owner.

An officer assisted EMS personnel on a call in the area of N. Fourth Avenue and Larch Street at 2:44 a.m.

An officer received a call of a 911 hang-up in the 1100 block of Fontaine Drive at 9:55 a.m.

An officer received an information call in the 31500 block of Highway 95 at 11:45 a.m.
