Sandpoint cross-country runners transition to track season

Aside from building their offseason mileage bases on runs like this, the Bulldogs have met three times a week to use the soon-to-be revamped weight room, reconnect with SHS XC alumni and foster team camaraderie. The Bulldogs’ track and field season is set to start at Lewiston High School’s Sweeney Invitational on March 16. Both the girls and boys’ teams placed eighth at the 13-team event last season.
