HEARINGS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Bonner County Commissioners will hold public hearings at the following times on Wednesday, January 4, 2006, the Board Room of the Bonner County Courthouse, 215 S. First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho, to consider the following requests:

1:30 P.M. - FILE SS1225-05 - ROCKY ACRES - PRELIMINARY PLAT - BRIAN JORDAN, et al are seeking to subdivide two +/-10 acre parcels into four lots of +/-5 acres. The subject property is zoned Rural and is accessed by Homestead Loop and River View Ridge Roads, in Section 23, Township 57 North, Range 3 West, B.M., 4 1/2 miles west of Dover.

1:45 P.M. - FILE SS1265-05 - CERVIN SUBDIVISION REPLAT OF LOTS 1 & 2 & CERVIN 1ST ADDITION, - PRELIMINARY PLAT - DALE & VERNA CERVIN & LISA ANN LAFRENIERE are proposing to subdivide and reconfigure two platted lots equaling +/-26.8 acres and one parcel of +/-4.3 acres into 3 lots, between +/-10 and +/-11.55 acres. The subject property is zoned Agricultural and is accessed by Shingle Mill Road in Section 32, Township 58 North, Range 1 West, B.M., 2 miles east of Kootenai.

Please contact the Bonner County Planning Department the day before the scheduled hearings to verify if these items will be heard on the date and at the time specified or continued to another date and time.

IN THE EVENT THAT OCCUPANCY OF THE BOARD ROOM EXCEEDS FIRE CODE STANDARDS, THE HEARINGS COULD BE RELOCATED TO ANOTHER PUBLIC LOCATION WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE. SIGNS WILL BE POSTED IDENTIFYING THE NEW LOCATION.
