AN ORDINANCE SETTING THE REGULAR CITY

COUNCIL MEETINGS FOR THE CITY OF HOPE, IDAHO AND REPEALING

ORDINANCE #240

WHEREAS the City Council meets regularly to contact business on behalf of the City of Hope;

WHEREAS Idaho Code Section 50-705 requires that such meetings be held each month at such place and time as the Council may establish by ordinance;

NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Mayor and Council of the City of Hope that the regular meeting shall be held the second wednesday of each month 6:30 P.M.

This Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force upon its passage, approval and publication.

Passed under suspension of the rules and duly enacted as an Ordinance of the City of hope, Idaho, at a regular meeting of the City Council of said City on 14th day of December, 2005.
