Ruen sizzles at Highlands Golf Course
POST FALLS — Clark Fork's Kyle Ruen shot a sizzling 1-over-par 73 at The Highlands Golf Course to take medalist honors at the Post Falls Christian Invitational.
Post Falls Christian's Josh Hardy carded an 83, and Clark Fork's Chris Currie finished with an 86.

POST FALLS — Uriah Grossglauser struck out five Priest River (6-6) batters in his three innings of work, allowing no hits and hitting a three-run home run in the third inning of the non-league win for Post Falls (10-8).
Bobby Kuber and Dan Hamilton each had triples for the 4A Trojans and Jon Aune added a double in Post Falls' seven-run third inning. "This was the game of the year for (Grossglauser) so far," Trojans coach Mick Zeller said. "Even though he had a no-hitter going, we have four league games next week, so I wanted to take care of our pitching staff."
Grossglauser also had a sacrifice fly in his first at-bat, totaling four RBIs on the day.
3A Priest River dropped to 6-6.
Post Falls plays host to Lake City on Monday.
