SUMMONS ON COMPLAINT TO QUIET TITLE BY PUBLICATION

IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE FIRST JUDICIAL DISTRICT OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF BONNER

BUDDIE W. MUELLER and CAROL G. MUELLER, husband and wife,

Plaintiffs,

vs.

FLOYD SENFT aka F.C. SENFT, and his heirs and successors in interest; JOHN DOES 1 through 10, as unknown owners, or unknown heirs or devisees of FLOYD SENFT aka F.C. SENFT, whose true names are unknown, and any and all other persons claiming any interest in the following described real property:

A tract of land in Government Lot 4, Section 33, Township 57 North, Range 3 West, Boise Meridian, Bonner County, Idaho described as follows: Beginning at the meander corner on the West shore of the Pend Oreille River, which corner is on the Southerly line of Government Lot 4 and is the Southeasterly corner of Lot 24 of Springy Point Lots, as recorded in Plat Book No. 1, page 189, in the Bonner County Recorder's Office; thence Northerly along the government meander line to a point which is at the intersection of said government meander line and the lot line between Lots 23 and 24 of aforementioned Springy Point Lots extended Northeasterly; thence Southwesterly along aforementioned extended lot lines between Lots 23 and 24 to the Northwesterly most corner of Lot 24; thence Southeasterly along the Easterly lot line of Lot 24 of aforementioned Springy Point Lots to the point of beginning.

Defendants.

TO: FLOYD SENFT aka F.C. SENFT, and his heirs and successors in interest; JOHN DOES 1 through 10, as unknown owners, or unknown heirs or devisees of FLOYD SENFT aka F.C. SENFT, whose true names are unknown, and any and all other persons claiming any interest in the following described real property:

You have been sued by Buddie W. Mueller and Carol G. Mueller, the plaintiffs, in the District Court of the First Judicial District in and for Bonner County, Idaho. The nature of the claim against you is to quiet title to the real property described above.

Any time after twenty (20) days following the last publication of this Summons, the court may enter a judgment against you without further notice, unless prior to that time you have filed a written response in the proper form, including the Case No., and paid any required filing fee to the Clerk of the Court, Bonner County Courthouse, 215 South First Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864, whose telephone number is (208)265-1432, and served a copy of your response on the plaintiffs' attorney James H. Paulsen, Attorney at Law, 110 South Third Avenue, Sandpoint, Idaho 83864, whose telephone number is (208)263-6838.

A copy of the Complaint to Quiet Title can be obtained by contacting either the Clerk of the Court or the attorney for plaintiffs.
