You have been sued by PAUL GREENWOOD, an unmarried man, MARK A. STONE and LORI A. STONE, husband and wife, GERALDINE VENISHNICK, a married woman, TOMOTHY DARRIN MCPEEK and KRISTINA LYNN MCPEEK, TRUSTEES OF THE MCPEEK REVOCABLE 2003 TRUST, GARY SCHNEIDER and RAE ANN SCHNEIDER, husband and wife, BARRY GRAMES and JAMI GRAMES, husband and wife, TOM ELLER and CHERYL ELLER, husband and wife, and JAMES C. WATKINS and RUTH A. WATKINS, husband and wife, the Plaintiffs, in the District Court of the First Judicial District in and for Bonner County, Idaho, Case No. CV-2006-01051.

The nature of the claim against you is to quiet title to the mineral rights regarding real property located in Bonner County, Idaho.
