PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE is hereby given that the Ponderay City Council shall conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, the 16th day of March, 2006, at Ponderay City Hall, 288 4th Street, commencing at 6:00 p.m. Said hearing is for the purpose of public input for the following:

1. A request by Andrea Rubano for a subdivision (preliminary plat approval) to replat three (3) existing lots into six (6) 0.28 acre lots for single family residential use. The property is described as Lots 3, 4 & 5 of DuStarr Estates. Located on the south side of DuStarr Lane. The Ponderay Planning and Zoning Commission denied the request and it is being appealed.

A full legal description of the above property is available from the City Clerk upon request.

Written comments over one (1) page in length must be received by the Ponderay City Council, P.O. Box 500, Ponderay, Idaho 83852, one week prior to the hearing date.
