We were sold a bill of goods by the city

So, the city and Kim Woodruff sold 73 percent of the voters a bill of goods that yes or no, the Memorial Field grandstands were going to come down right away because they are a death trap. 

Now that they have their vote for the sales tax, what? Suddenly not only the Schweitzer Cutoff Road bridge is revealed to be in bad shape, and needs replacing at about the same amount as the grandstands will allegedly cost.
