Dec. 18
An accidental 911 activation was reported in the 400 block of Cedar Street at 7:48 a.m.
After a two-vehicle, non-injury collision in the area of Euclid Avenue and Lakeview Boulevard at 9:43 a.m., a driver was cited for too fast for conditions.
The owners of two dogs in the 1200 block of Walnut Street were contacted and issued verbal warnings after an animal problem was reported at 12:23 p.m.
A follow-up report was taken on Fifth Avenue at 12:41 p.m.
An officer answered a citizen’s questions via telephone in the W. Lake Street area at 3 p.m.
The street department was notified of a possible traffic signal malfunction in the area of Fifth Avenue and Larch Street at 3:31 p.m.
Possible harassment was reported in the 1100 block of Chestnut Street at 4:46 p.m.

Rylee W. Andrews, 20, of Medina, Wash., turned himself on a Bonner County warrant in the 300 block of Railroad Depot Road at 3 a.m.
