Steve Brixen extols the wisdom of our country’s founders and states “don’t mess with the Constitution.” Consider the 19th Amendment, ratified in 1920: “The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of sex.” I am glad the Constitution is occasionally “messed with.”
