Sept. 22

Steven Gervasi, 25, was arrested on N. Boyer Road at 12:55 a.m. on two outstanding fugitive from justice warrants out of Pend Oreille County, Wash., for failure to appear on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (meth)

and second-degree attempted murder.

After a report of a reckless driver in the 456000 block of Highway 95 at 1:24 a.m., Leander Hawkins, 47, of Idaho Falls and Michelle Jones, 49, of Lewiston were arrested by ISP on charges of resisting and obstructing law enforcement.

Sept. 21

A vehicle was tagged for 48-hour removal on N. Ella Avenue at 10:11 a.m.

A parking violation was reported on N. Ella Avenue at 10:22 a.m.

Information was relayed to law enforcement on N. Third Avenue at 12 pm.

A 17-year-old male was charged with shoplifting in the 600 block of Larch Street at 2:10 p.m.

A welfare check was requested on Samuelson Avenue at 2:32 p.m.

A non-injury accident was reported on Fifth Avenue at 3:07 p.m.

A bicycle was reported found in the area of Poplar and Monroe at 3:14 p.m.

Trespassing was reported on S. Boyer Avenue at 3:35 p.m.

A burglary was reported on Northshore Drive at 3:16 p.m.

Report of an alarm in the 900 block of Highway 2 at 7:36 p.m.

Officers and EMS personnel responded for a welfare check in the area of Third and Main at 7:46 p.m.

Tracy Ford, 44, of Sandpoint was cited in the Alder Street area at 11:10 p.m. on a charge of driving with a suspended license.

An officer responded to an agency assist in the 456000 block of Highway 95 at 6:11 p.m.

Leodegario D. Benitez, 39, of Moyie Springs was cited in the 477300 block of Highway 95 on a charge of driving without privileges at 6:21 p.m.
