Sept. 22

Steven Gervasi, 25, was arrested on N. Boyer Road at 12:55 a.m. on two outstanding fugitive from justice warrants out of Pend Oreille County, Wash., for failure to appear on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (meth)

and second-degree attempted murder.

After a report of a reckless driver in the 456000 block of Highway 95 at 1:24 a.m., Leander Hawkins, 47, of Idaho Falls and Michelle Jones, 49, of Lewiston were arrested by ISP on charges of resisting and obstructing law enforcement.

Leodegario D. Benitez, 39, of Moyie Springs was cited in the 477300 block of Highway 95 on a charge of driving without privileges at 6:21 p.m.
