Lippi Family Scholarship winners named

The winners of this year’s Jim Lippi Family Scholarship have been announced. Selected this year are Anna Mitton and Caden Gatlin, both of whom will receive a $1,400 scholarship.
The Jim Lippi Family Scholarship is awarded each year to Bonner County graduating seniors. The scholarship is a collaboration between Angels Over Sandpoint and Ivano’s and is funded by the “Italian Open Golf Scramble” held at Stoneridge each September. Students are selected based their exceptional determination, courage and a desire to continue their education in the face of personal obstacles that would have likely derailed others. Both Ivano’s and Angels Over Sandpoint officials said they are proud to be able to support them in some small way as they head off to Idaho colleges to pursue their dreams.
They invite all to consider playing in or sponsoring a hole for this September’s Italian Open so more scholarships can be awarded next spring!
