Julian Ernest Freeman was arrested on N. Boyer Road at 12:02 a.m. on an outstanding warrant for failure to comply with sheriff’s labor program.

Suspicious actions were reported on the 10000 block of Schweitzer Mountain Road at 12:02 a.m.

ISP responded to a reported reckless driver in the area of Highway 95 and Cocolalla Loop Road at 12:58 a.m.

Suspicious circumstances reported in the Priest River area on Fourth Street at 2:50 a.m.

SANDPOINT POLICE

Aug. 2

An officer was unable to locate a vehicle which struck a sign in the area of Airport Way and N. Boyer Avenue at 5:40 a.m.

Officers and EMS checked on a male in the 500 block of Fifth Avenue after a welfare check request at 6:02 a.m.; he refused medical assistance.

Shaun M. Haskings, 51, of Sandpoint, was arrested in the 1100 block of Main Street at 9:30 a.m. on a charge of possession of meth.

A case was assigned to cover a search in the Main Street area at 9:36 a.m.

Complaint of a tractor-trailer parked in the Hickory Street area with the generator running at 9:16 a.m.

A theft was reported in the 200 block of S. First Avenue at 10:23 a.m.

When an officer arrived to check on a male in the 4100 block of Samuelson Avenue at 11:18 a.m., EMS was already on scene handling it.

An officer was unable to locate two subjects reported to be doing drugs in the 600 block of S. Ella Avenue at 11:34 a.m.

An officer assisted fire personnel on a fire alarm in the 2000 block of Sandpoint West Drive at 12:20 p.m.

An officer handled a two-vehicle, non-injury collision in the 200 block of Bonner Mall Way at 1:38 p.m.

A male who threw a cigarette out his window in the area of Fifth and Larch was no longer in the area when the call came at 1:31 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a reported reckless driver headed into the city on Highway 2 at 3:36 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate juveniles reported to be hitting boats with tennis balls at City Beach at 7 p.m.

Shannon M Arthur, 35, of Sandpoint, was arrested at 7:48 p.m. in the 300 block of Oak Street on a charge of destroying a sprinkler system box.

After a possibly physical altercation occurred at the depot on Railroad Depot Road at 11:32 p.m., an officer advised no charges were pressed.

An officer responded to an alarm activation in the 200 block of Triangle Drive at 6:26 a.m.

An officer responded to a 911 hang-up in the 800 block of Kootenai Cutoff at 8:19 a.m.

An officer responded to domestic dispute in the 200 block of Bonner Mall Way at 2:30 p.m.

An officer responded to a report of fraud in the 476900 block of Highway 95 at 3:50 p.m.

An officer responded to the 476500 block of Highway 95 in reference to trespass at 4:42 p.m.

An officer responded to a burglary alarm in the 200 block of Triangle Drive at 8:54 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate a possible drunken driver on Railroad Avenue at 6:55 p.m.
