Sandpoint Title honored as top business

SANDPOINT — The Greater Sandpoint Chamber of Commerce is honoring Sandpoint Title Insurance as its February Business of the Month.

Chamber officials selected the business for recogntion due its commitment to providing excellent title and escrow services and their dedication to customer service. Sandpoint Title Insurance is owned by Tom Williams and his staff includes his son and vice president, Lonnie Williams, as well as 13 employees, many who have been with the company for over 20 years.

Since its establishment in 1984, Sandpoint Title Insurance has earned a distinguished reputation in the real estate industry for experience, stability and dedication to customer service. “After three decades in Sandpoint, they know exactly what needs to be done to get your deals closed efficiently and expeditiously,” Annie Kuster, chamber communications specialist, said in a press release. “They combine the expertise and sophistication you would expect to find in a large firm with the personal attention and flexibility that can only be found in a local practice.”

Locally owned and operated, Sandpoint Title makes every effort to support the community in their day-to-day operations by making sure every dollar spent stays in the community—from their staff and vendors to the coffee they serve and office supplies they order, Kuster said.

Their staff has given back to the community by lending their time and talent to many local organizations, including Food For Our Children, Bonner Community Food Bank, Panhandle Alliance For Education and the Greater Sandpoint Chamber of Commerce’s 7B Women.
