Vote Anita Perry for Zone 5. This here is a tough race against former Bonner County Commissioner Cary Kelly.

Anita is being attacked and sadly called names for voting and writing against the last two levies. I, as a concerned citizen did the same for the same reasons and went to meetings with the school superintendent and CFO to get my questions answered. The schools rely on supplemental funding from levies, and I understand they why they need the money, but their budgets and wish lists are way out of whack.

Cary Kelly at one event I questioned him at first publicly stated that he was fundamentally against the last two Levies for the same reasons I stated. He only voted yes because of pressure from his wife and family. So even he agreed that the numbers were wrong, but who are we voting for when we cast a vote for him? Anita went out, did the research, voted and tried to educate others.

Anita Perry is who we need for District 5. She’s a champion for our schools, no matter what you hear from all the name calling. She really will make a difference of how best to utilize our tax dollars for needed funding for the schools. Take the time to meet with the candidates and get their honest, open opinions on the levies. The most important thing you can do this election is get out and vote.
