Tasha L. Wert, 28, of Oldtown, was cited and released for driving without privileges and Douglas C. Brogdon, 37, of Newport, was arrested by Pend Oreille County deputies on a warrant in the area of S State Avenue and E Sixth Street in Oldtown at 10:11 p.m.

Deputies responded to the 488000 block of Hwy 95 for a welfare check at 11:08 p.m.

Mark H. Schwartzenberger Jr., 39, of Oldtown, was arrested for driving without privileges in the area of E Fourth Street in Oldtown at 11:57 p.m.
