Danny Pierson, 40 of Priest River was arrested on a charge of battery in the 3000 block of North Beaver Lake Road in Athol at 12:47 p.m.

Jeffrey Stubbs of Blanchard was arrested in the area of Highway 41 and Larch Lane in Oldtown at 1:24 p.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.

Deputies assisted Ponderay Police in the 100 block of Emerald Industrial Park Drive at 4:58 a.m.
