Comments sought on district permit

SAGLE — The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality is seeking public comment on a draft water reuse permit modification for Bottle Bay Recreational Water and Sewer District.

The permit modification would update hydraulic management unit descriptions and areas and reduce buffer distances to hydraulic management units for the district’s reuse system located at 8680 Bottle Bay Road in Sagle.

Written comments on the draft permit modification will be accepted through Jan. 17, at 5 p.m. PST.
