Why is gasoline in Sandpoint area more expensive?

I love living in Sandpoint, however, I would love it more if gasoline in Sandpoint was the same price as gasoline in Coeur d’Alene or even Bonners Ferry. I would also love Sandpoint more if Sandpoint had a decent car wash where you can vacuum your car for free and that actually thoroughly washes the car and then dries it completely as the car washes do in Coeur d’Alene.

Who the heck is controlling gasoline prices in Sandpoint anyway? Why is gasoline 20 to 35 cents more a gallon in Sandpoint then it is in Coeur d’Alene? Does this make any since to anyone?
