Low bid isn't always the best choice

Now that the Long Bridge and walkways are going to be re-paved, I sure hope the powers to be did not hire the previous contractor to do this work. Proof positive that the low bid is not always the best choice.

Now perhaps the four major bumps on the bypass can be repaired as well. Those bumps are very dangerous to drivers who are pulling trailers and unaware of those bumps.
