Report of identity theft in Bonner County at 1 p.m.

A suspicious circumstance was reported on Nagel Road in the Oldtown area at 4:21 p.m.

Report of a weapons offense in the pre-100 block of Lois Lane at 5:03 p.m.

Report of a reckless driver in the 24000 block of Highway 41 in Blanchard at 5:28 p.m.

Information was relayed to law enforcement on Cedar Street at 10:46 a.m.

Possible violation of a business license was documented in the Fifth Avenue area at 10:47 a.m.

Report of a juvenile problem in the 300 block of S. Division Avenue at 11:53 a.m.

Report of a tobacco violation in the 1000 block of N. Boyer Avenue at 11:55 a.m.

Report of a hit-and-run accident on N. Second Avenue at 3:16 p.m.

Report of animal cruelty in the area of Fifth and Cedar at 4:10 p.m. was determined to be unfounded.

Millard H. Cox, 57, of Sandpoint was arrested in the area of highways 2 and 200 at 6:59 p.m. on charges of driving under the influence and carrying a concealed weapon while under the influence.

An officer was unable to locate a dog reported to be locked in a car in the pre-100 block of Bridge Street at 7:06 p.m.

An officer was unable to locate juveniles reported to be causing problems in the area of S. Third and Pacific at 10:38 p.m.

A 16-year-old Newport female was issued a promise to appear on Fifth Avenue at 1:59 a.m. on charges of possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia, and concealment of evidence; and Travis T. Ray, 19, of Newport, was cited at the same time and location on a charge of frequenting.

Possible fraud was reported on U.S. 95 in the city at 11:53 a.m.

An officer responded to a report of intoxication in the 300 block of Bonner Mall Way at 2:22 p.m.
