WBL announces play auditions, auction date

There’s more than a few things on the calendar at the West Bonner Library District.

Actors and actresses between the ages of 11-14 are being sought for a spring production of “Cowgirl Cookie and the Case of the Missing Chocolate Chips” by Alexi Alfieri. An informational meeting will be held March 7 at 3 p.m. at the Priest River Library for anyone interested in participating. Practices will be held 3-4:30 p.m. beginning March 14.

The performance will be held at the Priest River Junior High auditorium on May 21 along with a fundraising bake sale.

 The Friends of the West Bonner Library District is hosting their 20th annual Wine/Beer Tasting & Auction on March 13 at the Priest River Event Center, 5399 U.S. 2, from 4-7 p.m. The tickets are $25 each and are available at the library.

Donations for the auction may be dropped off at the library.
