NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Ponderay Planning and Zoning Commission will hold public hearings on Thursday, April 14, 2022 at 5:30 p.m., to consider the following requests: File UP22-085, Tate, Special Use Permit, Multi-Family Mixed Use: Lawson Tate and Danelle Harrison-Bookout are requesting special use permit approval in order to construct four mixed-use structures containing 8 residential units and 8 ground floor commercial units for lease. The property is located east of the intersection of Colville Lane (previously McNearney Mill Lane) and Thurlow (road name approval pending) in Section 2, Township 57 North, Range 2 West, Bonner County, Idaho, more specifically described as McNearney Mill, Lots 4 and 5. Additionally, the project requests a parking reduction and reduced setbacks in all directions. An electronic method of participation has also been established for the applicants and members of the public who wish to participate remotely.
