Hidden Lakes Ladies tee up for summer league

The Hidden Lakes Ladies Club is gearing up for another fun summer, and they are looking for more players to join their team in 2023. The HLLC is a traveling women's golf league where members not only enjoy the game of golf, but cherishes the social aspect that goes along with it. The club welcomes women golfers of all skill levels and ages.

"Having a group of friends with different backgrounds and ages allows us to have a window to see how to age gracefully, and continue to improve our game. We have walkers and riders; we all generally love just being outside," golfer Sue Helander said.

Some of the women in the club have been playing golf together for over 16 years; however, new faces have been added regularly since the club’s founding in 2006. Traditionally, the club plays an 18-hole round every Thursday at different courses in North Idaho. The club also hosts optional on-course games which are not only fun, but helps the club to stay competitive and improve.
