Austin Murphy, 27, no address listed, was arrested near E. Fourth Street South and S. Marian Avenue in Oldtown at 11:50 p.m. on a charge of driving under the influence (drugs), possession of fentanyl, possession of paraphernalia, and possession of marijuana; and James Johnson, 26, no address listed, at the same time and location on a charge of possession of fentanyl and possession of paraphernalia.
