A reckless driver was reported on U.S. 95 in Cocolalla at 7:33 p.m.

Matthew Kerfoot, 37, of Sagle was cited on Lakeshore Drive in Sagle at 7:54 p.m. on a charge of driving under the influence.

Report of a theft on Creekside Lane at 1:26 p.m.

Report of a hit-and-run crash near Fifth and Pine at 6:16 p.m.

A possible drunken driver was reported on E. Superior Street at 6:59 p.m.

Officer assisted BCSO deputies near Highway 200 and Kootenai Cutoff Road at 7:54 p.m.

A suicide threat was reported in the greater Sandpoint area at 11:11 p.m.

PONDERAY POLICE

Jan. 4

An officer was dispatched to a theft reported in the 100 block of Tibbetts Lane at 8:22 a.m.

Brenda S. Symons, 59, of Spokane was arrested in the 476900 block of U.S. 95 at 5:59 p.m. on charges of trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance (cocaine),

possession of drug paraphernalia, and petit theft.

Report of shoplifting on U.S. 95 at 7:59 p.m.
